Gardenstar Group is a Short Hills, NJ–based real estate development and investment company that integrates technology to modernize the real estate investment process and products.

Projects

• Evaluated a build-for-rent plan for 58 single-family homes (24×2BR, 34×3BR) in Flowery Branch, GA; profiled 14 market dimensions (population, age/race mix, education, income, home price & rent growth).
• Prepared and feature-engineered 10k+ rows of single-family data (2–3 BR focus) with pandas; trained scikit-learn regressors to predict sale prices from property and regional features.
• Built 24-month forecasts for rental and sale prices using exponential smoothing; compared target submarkets to neighboring towns to assess competitiveness and growth momentum.
• Delivered bar/line visualizations in Tableau and Matplotlib to communicate trends, spreads, and forecast trajectories to stakeholders; findings supported the project’s viability.
